At Divina Bella Beauty, our Subscribe & Save program is designed to offer you convenience and savings on your favorite skincare products. Here’s how it works:



  1. How It Works

Subscription Plans:

Choose from flexible delivery intervals: 30, 60, 90, or 120 days.

Select your preferred products, and they’ll be automatically delivered to your door at the chosen frequency.

You can combine multiple products in one subscription order, allowing you to tailor your skincare routine.

 

Discount:

Enjoy a attractive discount on all subscription orders, applied at checkout. 

These discounts are exclusively available to Subscribe & Save customers and are automatically applied to each eligible order. 

  • First Order: Enjoy a 35% discount on your initial subscription order, automatically applied at checkout.
  • Subsequent Orders: Receive a 15% discount on all future subscription orders.

Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Automatic Billing:

Your payment method will be automatically charged based on the selected delivery interval. You’ll receive a notification before each billing cycle, giving you a chance to make any necessary changes.



  1. Managing Your Subscription

 

Account Management:

Log into your Divina Bella Beauty account to access your subscription dashboard. Here, you can view your upcoming deliveries, update your shipping address, and modify your payment information.

Easily add or remove products, change delivery intervals, or skip a shipment if you have enough product on hand.

 

Modifications:

Any changes to your subscription, such as updating your product selection or adjusting your delivery schedule, must be made at least 7 days before your next shipment to take effect.

You can also pause your subscription temporarily if you need a break from deliveries, with the option to resume it at any time.



  1. Cancellations

 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your first shipment without penalty. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date.

If you cancel after a shipment has been processed, the cancellation will apply to subsequent deliveries, and the processed shipment will be sent as scheduled.

 

Reactivating a Subscription:

Should you wish to restart your subscription, simply log into your account and reactivate your previous subscription or start a new one. The same discounts and delivery options will apply.



  1. Shipping & Delivery

 

Free Shipping:

All Subscribe & Save orders qualify for free standard shipping, ensuring your skincare essentials arrive at no extra cost.

 

Delivery Time:

Subscribe & Save orders are processed with the same care and speed as standard orders. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for an additional fee.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

 

Missed Deliveries:

If you miss a delivery due to an incorrect address or other issues, contact our customer service team at info@getdivinabella.com to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.



  1. Return Policy:

Subscribe & Save items are eligible for returns under our standard Return Policy. If you’re unsatisfied with a subscription item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Processing:

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll notify you via email that we have processed your return.

 

  1. Payment Information

 

Billing Cycle:

Your selected payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription cycle. You’ll receive a notification email before each charge, allowing you to make any necessary changes or cancellations.

 

Failed Payments:

If your payment method fails, we’ll notify you via email and make another attempt to process the payment. If the payment fails again, your subscription will be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

You can update your payment information through your account dashboard to ensure there’s no interruption in your subscription service.

 

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. You can update or change your payment method at any time through your account settings.
